We are looking for shift supervisors right now

Overview

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

- Manage the operations on shift to meet brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.

- Lead people through coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences on every interaction.

- Maintain a positive culture and ensure the restaurant is well presented, clean and safe.

- Utilise strong time management and multi-tasking skills during peak periods and participate in food preparation and service as needed.

Qualifications / What it takes

- Expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lead, inspire and support the crew to be at their best each shift.

- Champions for the customer and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
