Job responsibilities

- Strategic Vision: Translate overarching business objectives into actionable store-specific strategies, fostering innovation and driving growth.
- Commercial Acumen: Maximise profitability through meticulous P&L management, inventory optimisation, and impactful visual merchandising. Maintain clear upward communication, ensuring management is consistently informed of store performance and key challenges.
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, supported by 7 team managers, empowering them to deliver an elevated client experience and exceed sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Ensure our flagship store offers an immersive and unforgettable experience, cultivating lasting relationships and brand loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand standards.

Profile

Profile:

- Extensive leadership experience managing a large team (50+) within a luxury retail flagship environment. Experience in markets with a strong clienteling focus is highly advantageous.
- Proven success in driving performance and profitability within a commercially demanding environment with significant expectations on performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A passion for clienteling, with a strong track record in instilling an “appointment-mindset” and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Strategic business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise reports to management.
- A hands-on, collaborative leader; committed to team mentorship, development and fostering a positive work environment.
