Reporting to the Chief Information Officer as their 2IC, the Technology Director will lead digital products, data, AI, and store technology across a large national store network. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technology strategy, driving delivery excellence, and positioning yourself for future executive growth locally and overseas within a truly global organisation.

What You'll Do

You'll connect customers, stores, and operations through modern, data-driven platforms, delivering measurable impact at scale.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead a team of 30 (4 direct reports) spanning Digital Products, Store Technology, Data, and AI.

• Define and deliver enterprise-wide technology and product strategy.

• Oversee two major transformation programs: replacement of core digital platforms and rollout of next-generation store systems.

• Embed automation and AI to elevate customer and workforce experiences.

• Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to translate technology investment into business outcomes; and

• Build maturity and capability across all product and delivery domains.

What You'll Bring

• years in senior technology leadership.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer, eCommerce, QSR, or other large-scale, multi-site environments.

• Proven success delivering transformation across store systems, digital channels, or enterprise platforms.

• Strong grounding in architecture, data, and security, with depth in digital product strategy.

• Track record of leading large teams, developing talent, and embedding governance and accountability; and

• Executive presence, resilience, and the ability to influence across C-suite and global stakeholder groups.
