Delivery Management Office Specialist (BH-246985) Location Adelaide, Australia Sector IT Salary + Super Delivery Management Office Specialist Location: Adelaide CBD (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite) Contract Length: 12 months Daily Rate: $95 per hour + super Overview An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Delivery Management Office (DMO) Specialist to support the day-to-day operations and development of a newly established Delivery Management Office within a large and complex organisation undergoing transformation. This role will sit within the IT Delivery and Project Management function, supporting the Associate Director and PMO leadership team to drive consistency across delivery practices, governance frameworks, and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities - Support the ongoing operation and development of the IT Delivery Management Office. - Maintain portfolio, program, and project performance reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with executive requirements. - Drive consistency across delivery practices, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management. - Partner with program and project managers, as well as key business stakeholders, to support informed decision-making. - Contribute to the uplift of delivery culture, tools, and practices across the IT function. About You - Proven experience in PMO, DMO, or portfolio management roles within large, complex organisations. - Background in transformation environments (experience within higher education or the public sector is advantageous). - Strong skills in portfolio reporting, data analysis, and familiarity with delivery frameworks such as SAFe, PRINCE2, and Agile. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels. - Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Additional Details - Standard 40-hour week with weekly timesheet submission. - Candidates must provide their own device (laptop).li> - Minimum 2 days onsite per week, with remote flexibility as agreed. - Mandatory shutdown period during December–January (dates to be confirmed).
