Job Description

The Role

T he Supply Chain IT Technical Business Analyst serves as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders across warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain planning, and Reg Affairs/QA areas. This role combines business analysis, project delivery and application support. As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive business performance.You’ll bring a mix of analytical thinking and technical know-how to ensure business goals are met with smart, scalable solutions.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

- Work with business users to collect and prioritize requirements, propose improvement ideas and collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Document and prioritise business requirements and user stories.
- Map business processes to identify system gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support change requests and project delivery in Agile/hybrid environments.
- Analyse data and KPIs to validate solutions and measure outcomes.
- The role also provides application support during Australian business hours to ensure stability and reliability of local Operations applications.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing, warehouse or logistics-based business is a must
- Experience with .NET (C#), SQL, and application support.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
- Exposure to Python, Power Platform, and integration with devices (e.g., RF guns, tablets) is a plus.
