About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across BaptistCare to elicit requirements and capture business needs for the Identity project. You’ll articulate and document business requirements, conduct as-is/to-be process mapping, participate in project delivery, and validate outcomes. You’ll act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.

About the Team

The Information & Digital team empowers BaptistCare by delivering innovation, transformational projects, advanced analytics, seamless technology operations, and risk management. You’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach.

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis and process design, including technical analysis

- Previous technical analyst experience on business system implementation projects.

- Experience with Testing system changes for various projects.

- Demonstrated experience using software tools such as Visio, MS Project & Jira to document plans and processes.

- Experience in enterprise IT environments and working with third-party vendors

- High level of written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of business applications, interfaces, integrated operational environments, solution architecture principles and Enterprise Architecture best practices and principles.

- Strong understanding of IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity lifecycle processes.

- Ability to develop relationships with key organisational stakeholders, including vendors

- Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in a language suitable for various audiences including business stakeholders, executives as well as technology teams, involved in project implementation.

- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems, respond to changing demands.

- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work.
