We’re looking for Execution Readiness Planners - Inlec to join a supportive, family-friendly team with a fantastic culture. This is a hybrid role, drafting onshore and travelling offshore to walk down and verify permits.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the main interface with our maintenance planning and execution teams to acquire necessary information to prepare permits, permit templates and work instructions
- Provide execution readiness checks for work orders as it enters short term planning
- Notify project relevant stakeholders of any potential risks to permit readiness/material delivery
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines within the team to deliver multi-disciplines scopes (Mechanical, Inlec, Coatings)
- Identify permit template opportunities for PM and repeat CM work scopes
- Conduct permit and personal isolation walk downs

What you’ll bring

- Electrical trade Certificate
- Proven experience within the energy or refinery industries
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
- Control of Work/Permit to Work experience Highly desirable
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
- A willingness to travel to site as per operational requirements
- Full Australian work rights (with no limitations)
