Overview
Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading organisation to source an experienced Operations Planner.
Responsibilities
- Develop, Own and communicate execution schedules for earthworks, drilling, and rehabilitation, ensuring alignment with quarterly production plans.
- Manage schedule updates and resequencing (including SV changes) and ensure scope reconciliation aligns with cost and reporting requirements.
- Generate and maintain P6 schedules, coding, and production reports, integrating feedback and verified actuals into the schedule on a regular basis.
- Prepare and present MOS Rhythms incorporating stakeholder feedback and tracking enabling tasks via readiness tools and slides.
- Facilitate robust planning routines, including escalation management, decision point coordination, and variation tracking.
- Forecast and manage accommodation and flight priorities, escalating constraints and maintaining alignment with execution requirements.
