Your New Role:

This leadership role is based in an Outlet location and calls for a hands-on, inspiring manager who brings energy to the shop floor. You’ll play a key role in delivering strong results while creating an inviting, feel good customer experience. No two days are the same; this is a chance to lead a talented team and make a real impact within a brand that’s anything but ordinary.

What You'll Be Looking After:

- Daily operations will be a core focus, ensuring the store runs smoothly and consistently meets brand standards.
- Team development will be front and centre, with a focus on coaching and mentoring to build a high-performing and engaged culture.
- Sales targets and KPIs will guide decision making, with clear strategies in place to meet and exceed goals.
- Visual merchandising will play an important role, with seasonal displays and layouts needing to reflect the brand’s playful, polished aesthetic.
- Creating a warm, welcoming store environment will be key to delivering the memorable experience customers have come to expect.
- Stock control and store presentation will all fall under your leadership to ensure efficiency and consistency.

The Experience Checklist:

- Previous retail management experience in fast paced retail environments -, ideally in fashion, accessories or lifestyle.
- A collaborative and confident leadership style is essential, with the ability to bring out the best in others.
- A strong commercial mindset, along with comfort working to sales targets and KPIs, is critical.
- Customer engagement should come naturally, along with a genuine passion for building relationships.
- Being organised, adaptable and calm under pressure will help navigate the pace of this store
