Job Description

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Product & Innovation, the Product Delivery Lead role connects product development, management, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless product launches and lifecycle management. The Product Delivery Lead focuses on accelerating speed-to-market, improving product information for customers and internal teams, and aligning launches with business and marketing strategies. They also manage PIPO to reduce obsolete stock, refine tools, coordinate catalogues, and support sales across AU, NZ, and UK.

This is a full-time, maximum-term role for 2 years.

Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

Product Delivery

- Manage internal product launches and maintain accurate data with the product admin team.
- Ensure timely, accurate product information across:

- Customer channels (website, datasheets, marketing resources)

- Wholesaler templates (industry-standard formats)

- Maintain master product list for pricing and templates.

Support Product Marketing

- Publish accurate product info on AU, NZ, and UK websites via PIM.
- Develop and update printed/digital catalogues aligned with availability and market needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on launch materials and campaigns.

Product Lifecycle Management

- Lead phase-in/phase-out (PIPO) processes to optimise inventory.
- Work with product, supply chain, and sales teams for smooth transitions.

Process Innovation

- Drive adoption of PXM and PIM systems, replacing outdated tools.
- Implement and optimise PLM systems for efficiency.

Other Focus Areas

- Global Collaboration: Align processes with AU, NZ, and UK market needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, refine tools, benchmark best practices.
- Ownership: Align contributions with goals for growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Organisational Impact

- Sales: Timely, accurate launch info.
- Marketing: Complete launch packages for strategy execution.
- Product Management: Focus on technical aspects with better tools.
- Innovation: More time for ideation and prioritisation.
- Engineering: Streamlined spec collation for development.
- Data Management: Reduced manual workload and improved efficiency
