About the role:

We’re seeking a detail oriented Purchasing Order Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract based at Orchard Hills. This role is key in managing the end-to-end purchase order process within our ERP system (D365) from raising and reconciling POs to coordinating with suppliers and resolving invoice variances. This role will be onsite based 5 days a week, at our new state of the art site at Orchard Hills.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Manage purchase orders from requisition to receipting in D365.

- Liaise with suppliers to track orders, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.

- Work with Accounts Payable to investigate PO & invoice variances and support month end accruals.

- Monitor costs, analyse spend trends, and identify cost saving opportunities.

- Support process and system improvements across purchasing functions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Tertiary Qualifications in finance, business, supply chain management, or related field (Preferred)

- Familiarity with ERP Systems such as D365

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Intermediate excel skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
