About the role

The Manager - Process Improvement plays a critical role in helping drive strategy execution and implementation. By working with stakeholders across organisation this role will re‑design business processes to a new organisational design to drive enhanced operational performance, create a financially sustainable future and deliver value to the people and communities it serves.

What you will bring

- Substantial knowledge in and application of the concepts of Process Architecture, Value Chain Analysis and Value Stream Mapping.
- Resilience to manage complex relationships, influence, and challenge effectively and constructively.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of workflow systems.
- Proficiency in Process Mapping methodologies & techniques.
- Sound understanding of BPMN Standards.
- Proficiency in designing, developing and deploying digital workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Jira workflows).
- Awareness of the importance of data and key performance metrics.
