Job Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing required materials.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal processes.
- Assist with correspondence, including drafting emails and handling inquiries.
- Support the team with data entry and report preparation as needed.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
