Our Wellard Village Dental practice is part of the ever‑growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores.

Wellard Village Dental is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 2‑chair practice. The Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Wellard, WA practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking part time work.

- Modern dental practice with 2 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments

- Friendly, fun and dedicated team

- No weekend work ever, regain work life balance

- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression

- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records

- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

- Making patients aware of dental services and offers

- Handling payments

- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

- High‑end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

You’ll be

- Available to work Monday 9:30am – 7:15pm – no weekends ever

- Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided

- You’re a motivated self‑starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Passionate about customer service and patient care

- Organised with attention to detail

- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner
