Your role and responsibilities
The PAM Security professional will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to clients for developing strategies and technical roadmaps for digital identity solutions across customer identity, identity governance, and privileged access management. The successful candidate will lead architecture and design workshops, will be hands on and have the ability to lead a team of specialists implementing, configuring and integration identity suite of products and manage operations support for large PAM implementations. As a PAM Security professional, it will be required that you work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, assess their existing systems, and recommend optimal solutions. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions.
We are hiring for multiple roles so your experience in one or more products for one or multiple identity domains will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to privileged access management.
2. Assess clients' existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities for Digital Identity integration.
3. Design and architect PAM solutions tailored to meet clients' requirements.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and customization of PAM products.
5. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients' stakeholders to educate them on PAM functionalities and best practices.
6. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
7. Document project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
8. Coordinate, collate and validate artifacts related to Audit queries based on this provide remediation of identified gaps.
9. Support operations team for PAM environment that involves but not limited to minor security patches, application onboarding, and operations management.
10. Coach and mentor junior security consultants and develop skills in the team in selected vendor products.

Required technical and professional expertise
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
1. Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Network / Telecommunications Engineer B.Tech., B.E, MCA, M.Sc. IT (Mandatory either of these).
2. 12+ years of experience in PAM Architecture Design, PAM Consulting, Identity and Access Governance, Privileged Access Management experience.
3. Specialized on: IBM PAM Products like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, EntraID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
4. Proven experience as a PAM security professional in client-facing role, preferably in the field of identity and access management.
5. Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO (Single Sign-On), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
6. Experience with identity and access management (PAM) frameworks, protocols, and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
7. Proficiency in designing and implementing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
8. Experience in managing operations in large PAM implementations.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
Professional Qualifications - Desired – Any Certification in cyber security like CISSP, CISP.
