About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to join our global IT team as the Head of Systems. This pivotal leadership position involves overseeing technology operations, service delivery, risk management, and cyber security across all stores, distribution centers, offices, and supporting systems worldwide.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure our technology platforms empower our business functions across global operations. You will lead our cyber security posture and response, proactively defending against risks and threats throughout our technology landscape. Additionally, you will oversee the success of our global IT support hubs, delivering seamless technology experiences for distribution centers, retail stores, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technology and security roadmaps, aligning investment to the evolving needs of our business.
  • Lead and implement business systems strategies across multiple functional departments.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior leaders, based on a deep understanding of business needs and market dynamics.
  • Drive innovative, adaptable solutions in complex environments.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a senior technology leadership role delivering IT and cyber security services within a large-scale, fast-paced global retail environment.
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth experience across technical infrastructure, cyber security, end-user services, and change governance.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and support high-performing teams to achieve shared goals.
