Target Business Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Formwork Carpenter to join the growing national operations of Vivid Route Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will be trade-qualified or highly experienced, hold a White Card, and have proven industry experience in civil or commercial construction environments.

Vivid Route was created to address the increasing demand for innovative prefabricated construction solutions, specialising in prefabricated steel reinforcement cages for both civil and commercial markets. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 triple accreditation, reflecting its strong commitment to quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality formwork carpentry and steel fixing in compliance with project and safety standards
- Read and interpret drawings, rebar schedules and specifications for reinforcement and formwork layouts
- Install, pour and strip formwork systems in line with site programs and tolerances
- Operate and maintain carpentry and steel fixing tools/equipment in safe condition
- Prepare sketches and mark-ups for variations; assist with take-offs and ordering materials
- Liaise with site supervisors, engineers and trades to ensure project milestones are met
- Contribute to QA inspections, checklists and pre-pour sign-offs

Requirements

- AQF Certificate III in a relevant trade (with 2 years on-the-job training) or AQF Certificate IV, or at least 3 years’ relevant experience in lieu of qualifications
- At least one year of full-time experience in formwork carpentry and/or steel fixing
- Construction OHS White Card
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to different sites across states
