Working for a global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) you will be provided with a range of exciting opportunities, including exposure to our in-house product training with Chillers and Building Management Systems (BMS).Day to day this role will involve routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment.**Key responsibilities:**As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:* Routine troubleshooting* Testing repairs and maintenance on air conditioning systems, chillers and other commercial equipment* Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution* Focusing on high standards of quality, delivery excellence whilst exceeding customer service expectations* Involvement in growing our sales, increasing our market share and growing the net profitability of our company**Requirements:**We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are, proactive, professional, punctual, well presented and possess a can-do attitude.As a minimum you must have:* A high level of communication skills (oral and written)* Knowledge of quality assurance procedures* Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components* Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration* Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence* Current and valid Australian driver's licenceAlthough not necessary, it would be nice if you have:* Training/experience from OEM highly regarded**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.* Attractive salary package + incentives + vehicle allowance* Being a member of a small but dynamic local team that is focused on growth, along with the benefits of working for a global market leader* Mobile phone and laptop* Employment stability and progression opportunities* Training and development opportunities including access to Carriers’ Online Learning Platform**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
