About Our Property Management Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CBH's extensive network land and property portfolio, enabling the company to provide flexibility to the business and future-proof our storage and handling network.

This role involves leading property analysis, land acquisition, and sales aligned with CBH's network plan and capital program, including securing key acquisitions for upgrades, expansions, environmental offsets, housing, site accommodation, and disposals.

Other responsibilities include managing land subdivision and amalgamation processes, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget due diligence, subdivisions, and settlements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of portfolio, asset, and property management, as well as understanding of legal leases, land procedures, and contracts.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar property or land management role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, surveying, or related fields.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in report writing and presenting recommendations.
