Job Description

About the Role:

To co facilitate The Parent child mother goose evidence-based parenting program in a group setting to support attachment and bond of child and parent. Support parents in there learning and understanding of child development and caregiving practices.

In this role you will:

- Facilitate and deliver parent child mother goose program
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
- Ensure respectful Communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain professional relationships.
- Follow appropriate reporting lines
- Work Collaboratively with the Team
- Participate in team meetings as required
- Maintain respectful and professional relationships with all Co-workers across organisation.
- Participate as a member of the team, to deliver services objectives

Desired Skills and Experience

What we are looking for:

- A minimum Certificate III in early education and care (or equivalent)
- Strong experience working with child development
- Understanding of child protection
- Experience building strong relationships with families and children
- Possession of a current driver’s licence and working with children’s check.
- Fluency in a second relevant community language as well as English.
