Job Description

- Manage and oversee property projects within the retail sector from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting systems.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in property management.

- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.

- Implement best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Project Manager should have:

- Proven experience in project management within the retail industry.

- Strong knowledge of property and facilities management practices.

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- A relevant degree or qualification in project management, property, or a related field.
