St Mary's Service Pty Ltd is currently looking for a highly organized Office Manager to support the smooth running of our fast-paced parcel delivery business. This role focuses on administrative operations and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office administration and ensure a well-organized, compliant workplace
- Manage vendors, office supplies, and facility maintenance
- Maintain company records, documentation, and compliance files
- Support senior managers with reports, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Assist with internal events and office procedures

What You'll Need:

- 3+ years' experience in office management or administration
- OR a Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confidence working independently and coordinating with multiple departments

A salary between $76,000 - $86,000 per annum, plus superannuation will be offered to the successful candidate.
