The Position
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing all cost and commercial aspects of our construction projects. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure financial efficiency, contract compliance, and accurate reporting. Regular site visits will be required to support project delivery and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Administer contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Process progress claims and subcontractor payment schedules.
- Monitor project costs and prepare monthly cost reports.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to validate progress and support project teams.
- Maintain accurate project records and support project close-out.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (industrial construction preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cost planning, contract administration, and claims management.
- Proficiency in estimating and cost management software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid WA driver's licence (for site travel).
