The Role
Join our team as an Investigation Support Officer within the Standards and Integrity Directorate at the Department of Education. You will support a team of investigators responsible for managing and resolving complaints involving employee conduct. You will work closely with investigators to ensure the smooth coordination and progression of casework. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting investigators with the administrative and procedural aspects of complaint handling and misconduct investigations.
- Preparing case files, documentation, and correspondence in line with established processes.
- Coordinating meetings, interviews, and the collation of evidence and supporting materials.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in case management systems.
- Monitoring timelines and assisting with workflow management to ensure the team meets internal and external deadlines.
- Contributing to a team environment that values confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
