Claims Investigator - Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Depending on skills and experience

A bit about the job:
In this role you will be responsible for managing and running a case load of complex and suspected insurance fraud investigations from initial identification to conclusion. You will also triage referrals from the department to then set up investigation strategies and implement them. There will be an element of training involved in this position where you will be required to write up and deliver training session to aligned teams.

- Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment, multitasking, prioritising responsibilities and delivering within agreed time limits- Team player mentality, a willingness to learn and help others.- Embrace and supports change, matched with the ability to share ideas and suggestions to improve our customer journey- Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills- Demonstrate strong IT skills with prior experience of using software like Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

What you’ll get for this role:
