What You Will Be Working On

Your role focuses on being a trusted hair care advisor and will involve:

- Conducting detailed hair health consultations using your professional knowledge
- Recommending personalized product solutions from our extensive professional range
- Sharing expert advice on maintaining healthy hair between salon visits
- Helping clients understand professional products and their benefits
- Ensure the store presents an inviting, premium retail environment
- Support salon team members as required

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

We're looking for someone who brings hairdressing expertise to the retail environment. You hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification (essential) and have a passion for hair care products and retail solutions. You have excellent communication ability, a genuine desire to help clients and you are enthusiastic about learning about new products and hair care innovations
