Beautopia Ascot Park (formally Hair Co-Op) is a hair and beauty trade supply store seeking a full time customer service orientated store manager.

We are a small passionate business, so the incoming Manager will need a "hands on" approach as well as being strategic to manage the store.

We sell all the major brands in the hair and beauty industry with a diverse range of products.

To be successful you must:

  • Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to effectively operate a store
  • Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Have experience in sales, with an understanding or history with stock control.
  • Be motivated and have a great eye for detail.
  • You will need to be confident and outgoing and comfortable to follow systems and procedures under direction
  • Hairdressing background is essential as we mainly focus on hair products
  • Have previous management experience.

Key responsibilities include

  • In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.
  • Monitor stock levels of all products and ordering when required.
  • Experience with Stock takes/cycle counts.
  • Picking and packing of customer orders, including invoicing and branch transfers.
  • Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.
  • General administration.
  • Opening and closing of the store
  • Planning growth of the store in consultation with management.
  • Promotion of our own brands including Jeval - and Fanola as well as supporting Jeval education classes several times a year.

Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.
