Hours: Thursdays 4PM-9PM, Saturdays, 9 AM - 5 PM - with increased hours over holiday periods

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to become our Junior Salon Assistant. This role involves helping to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon while interacting with our valued customers. The position offers a great introduction to our business operations and has the potential to lead to an apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in tidying up the salon, including cleaning and organizing workstations.

- Greet and serve clients with a friendly demeanor.

- Help set up for various salon services throughout the day.

- Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.

- Support additional team members in daily operations.

Requirements:

- Passion for hair and beauty.

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

- No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
