Procurement Systems Specialist (12 Month FTC)

Are you a pro-active self-starter who enjoys looking for better and more efficient ways to do things? In this role you’ll get involved in improving the systems that support our procurement function. You'll collaborate closely with business units and suppliers to identify opportunities that enhance user experience, streamline processes, and drive both qualitative and quantitative outcomes aligned with business goals.

- Relentless focus on continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement systems and processes, and the demonstrable outcomes they deliver..
- Providing advice/support to users and colleagues across the business on SAP Fieldglass and Ariba systems relating to available functionality, enhancements and reporting recommendations.
- Work with Support Application Management Support (AMS) to resolve procurement system incidents where escalation required.
- Support & action SAP system administration & configuration activities where required.
- Deliver advice/support to users and colleagues across the business on the Procurement systems as required
- Ensure knowledge artefacts are developed and maintained for procurement systems
- Proactively work with business units and suppliers to identify needs and opportunities to enhance procurement systems and user experience and delivery of the subsequent initiatives
- Advanced development and enhancement of the Procurement and Supply Chain SharePoint sites and web portals

How can you support the Clean Energy Transition

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have the following attributes:

- 4+ years experience in a procurement operations role, with a proven track record of delivering quantifiable value
- Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels and to effectively communicate;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time manage effectively; able to adapt to changing priorities/workload quickly and enthusiastically;
- Creative problem solving capabilities;
- S4Hana/Ariba/Maximo/Ellipse experience (helpful but not mandatory)
