This is a leadership role that combines team management, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement to drive asset performance and customer experience.You will make an impact by:* Leading a team of Centre Managers to deliver strategic and financial outcomes across your portfolio* Overseeing day-to-day operations at QV, including marketing, administration, and customer service delivery* Driving NOI growth through budgeting, forecasting, arrears management, and identifying new income opportunities* Collaborating with leasing, asset, and portfolio teams to align on strategy, reduce vacancies, and enhance asset value**About You**You’re a commercially minded leader with deep retail property expertise and a passion for driving performance across complex portfolios. You’ll bring:* Extensive experience in retail property management, ideally as a Centre Manager or in a portfolio leadership role, with strong knowledge of shopping centre operations, financial structures, and the Retail Leases Act* Proven leadership capability, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing, multi-site teams and leading through change* Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and the ability to identify and realise new income opportunities* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build trusted relationships at all levels* A strategic and adaptable mindset, aligned with Dexus behaviours: Collaborate with Purpose, Drive Value, and Unlock PossibilitiesThe Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
