About the Opportunity

We're on the lookout for motivated Assistant Centre Managers and Collision Production/Workshop Managers to join our high-performing teams across South East Melbourne. These leadership roles are key to the smooth operation of our repair centres — ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflows, and strong team performance.

You'll work closely with the Centre Manager and take the lead in guiding and mentoring the production team, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at every stage of the repair process.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within the collision repair industry (or similar)
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
