As one the first ever GP's for our new Medical Centre in South Yarra, Melbourne, you’ll be at the forefront of establishing our flagship clinic and be a part of the foundation that drives the success of this greenfield general practice.

You could also step-up and play a pivotal role in clinical leadership, operational excellence, and patient acquisition, if you have the experience of generating a patient base within a GP Practice.

This would be more than just a clinical role – it’s an opportunity to create a scalable model for future healthcare success while making a tangible difference in patients' lives.

And if you choose to step into a Lead role:

- Mentor and develop – Provide hands-on training and supervision for registrars and new GPs, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
- Build something great – Establish clinical processes and systems that optimize efficiency, patient experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Grow patient bases – Engage with local communities, leverage existing relationships, and implement creative patient acquisition strategies.
- Create sustainable success – Develop and refine an operational model that enables the greenfield practice to thrive and scale.
- Be a brand ambassador – Represent the practice at industry events, build referral networks, and enhance the practice’s reputation.
- Drive business development – Partner with stakeholders to ensure the long-term profitability and sustainability of the practice.
