Whos Next Barbers

About the role:

- Hair Cutting and Styling: Cutting, trimming, and shaping hair according to the client’s preferences using scissors, clippers, razors, and other barbering tools.

- Shaving and Beard Grooming: Providing shaving services, trimming and shaping beards, mustaches, and sideburns, and offering advice on beard care.

- Hair Treatments: Offering treatments such as shampoos, and conditioners, as well as providing advice on hair care products and routines.

- Customer Consultation: Discussing and understanding clients' desired hairstyles, offering suggestions based on hair type, face shape, and lifestyle.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring that the work area, tools, and equipment are clean and sanitised according to health and safety regulations.

- Product Sales: Recommending and selling hair care products like shampoos, conditioners, and styling gels.

- Handling Cash and Transactions: Processing payments, handling cash, and managing receipts.

- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to continue to build our loyal client base, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

- Hair Coloring

What we are looking for:

We are looking for barbers who are able to work in a fast-paced environment who have a passion for grooming and attention to detail. You must have:

- Relevant barbering qualifications

- Proven experience as a barber – preferably at least 2 years

- Strong communication and customer services skills
