Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to the concept, design, and creation of highly engaging visual content across all marketing channels. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will: - Work closely with designers, marketers, and photographers to bring cohesive brand stories to life. - Manage ticketing and checklist outputs with precision and efficiency. - Create weekly ticketing outputs and support the design team in crafting a wide range of visual assets, including: - Eye-catching email campaigns - Engaging eCommerce assets - Beautiful packaging for homeware products What We’re Looking For You will shine in this role if you have: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) - Experience with Excel and Adobe Acrobat - Ability to work across print and digital formats with a solid background in graphic design - A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating visually beautiful work - Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude - Understanding of brand guidelines and design principles Key Attributes - High level of communication and organizational skills - Exemplary attention to detail - Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Accountability and responsibility - Drive, enthusiasm, and energy - Self-motivated team player who can also work independently We Would Love to Hear from You: If you have the skills, experience and motivation to succeed in this role and want to be part of a friendly and supportive team environment we want to hear from you.
