ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Designworks Marketing team and bring our brands to life through powerful creative execution. Working across a dynamic portfolio of global brands, you’ll design and deliver creative assets that drive engagement, elevate brand identity, and support commercial success. From web, social and email to print, packaging and campaign creative — this is a role where design meets strategy, creativity meets commerce, and every project makes an impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Create visually compelling assets across digital, print, social, POS, packaging and campaign channels.
- Champion brand identity and consistency across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring all creative work is on brief, on brand, and on time.
- Support content creation, image editing, and post-production for brand campaigns.
- Proactively elevate brand creative through design innovation, trend awareness, and AI-enabled efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

- 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, retail, sport, or consumer goods.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with AI tools a plus.
- A creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual identity.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Confident collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a sharp eye for detail and design quality.
