About the Role: We're looking for a practical and proactive Maintenance Officer to ensure our care community remains a safe, functional, and beautiful home for our residents at Lansdowne Gardens On Wycombe Care Community. What You'll Need: - Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus). - A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety. - Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. - Reliability and a strong work ethic. - A trade qualification or ‘Test and Tag’ certification is highly regarded. - Willingness to complete: - Pre-employment medical - NDIS Worker Screening Check Maintain with Care If you are a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in your work and wants to contribute to a community that truly makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
