We've had an exciting opportunity open up in our Marketing team as a Growth Marketer We're looking for someone to join our growing Sydney office, though we are also open to candidates in Wellington, NZ.

The Growth Marketer is a hands-on, impact-focused role where you'll be testing ideas and analysing performance and working with the team across NZ and Australia to deliver measurable results. We're looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are.

We are specifically looking for someone who:

- has practical experience running and optimising digital ad campaigns
- is data-curious - you like to know what's working, what's not, and what to try next
- has strong skills in experimentation, conversion optimisation, and reporting
- is adaptable to change, and is motivated by our vision and purpose
