Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview As the key driver of growth for Cared, you will play a vital role in building brand awareness, developing engaging content, and driving Cared's growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Your primary focus will be to develop campaign content that builds top-of-funnel engagement and lead generation.
Key responsibilities Develop, own, and execute high-performing growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels (digital and traditional) aligned with Cared's mission, including lead generation from ideation to execution and analysis.
Utilise data-driven insights to constantly refine, redesign, and reimagine marketing strategies.
Build a consistent and strong brand identity across all marketing channels, including the Cared website and materials.
Report to the Head of Growth & Operations and collaborate closely with marketing colleagues across the group to share ideas and strategies.
About you: Hunger to own and execute marketing initiatives At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Deep experience managing performance marketing with a thorough understanding of key platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, and Linked In.
