This role is based in Melbourne and focuses on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consulting for energy and utilities clients in Australia, with emphasis on how asset management supports Australia’s energy transition. You will collaborate with teams and strategic partners in Australia and overseas to deliver impactful client outcomes.

Job Description

The role as an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant will support growth and delivery across our energy and utilities clients in Australia, with a particular focus on how effective asset management can help clients better navigate Australia’s energy transition.

Responsibilities

- Growth: Work with the leadership team to support growth of the utilities practice, applying a consulting-led approach and leveraging Wipro’s capabilities to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Delivery: Collaborate with clients and delivery teams on projects to solve business challenges and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Relationships: Build meaningful client relationships and connect them to Wipro’s deep expertise and industry connections.
- Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for designated strategic clients and process areas.
- Customer Centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme, ensuring Wipro acts as a value-aligned partner.
- Branding: Help strengthen Wipro’s market positioning and mindshare.

About you

- Melbourne-based role with extensive management consulting experience (ideally 8+ years), with expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (including EAM transformation, maintenance management, and workforce planning) and experience in the energy utilities sector.
- Knowledge of the Australian energy and/or water industry and regulatory landscape is highly regarded.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates both industry and top-tier professional services firm experience.

Sell & Deliver

- Ability to construct effective presentation slides and convey messages visually at a high standard, and to present information effectively to audiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and networking skills with clients, ecosystem partners, and internal teams.
- Capability to generate consulting/implementation business from new and existing accounts and to drive customer relationships toward successful outcomes.
- Delivery and program management experience with multi-shore projects and distributed teams delivering sustainable client value.
- Ability to understand complex scenarios and propose effective implementation plans and solutions.

Driving SAP Transformation

- Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover underlying problems, and translate them into structured problem statements.
- Ability to drive the SAP EAM transformation agenda with clients, aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver business outcomes.
- Lead strategic execution, manage change, build client and partner relationships, motivate teams, and achieve results.
- Understanding of IT and OT in asset management, including:

- Intelligent asset management through sensors and IoT
- Mobility solutions
- Digital twin solutions
- Predictive maintenance analytics
- AI-enabled autonomous asset management

Mandatory Skills

SAP EAM – Enterprise Asset Management. Experience: >10 years.
