Overview

Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Paxus – Technology + Digital Talent. Lead SAP consultant with focus on delivering innovative business solutions through design, build, test, and integration, and guiding organisations through complex transformations in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

This role blends technical depth with business consulting and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, while leading teams and shaping successful delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance solutions, from process design through to go-live.
  • Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and lead workshops with business representatives and Process Architects.
  • Customize and configure SAP EAM/PM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Manage delivery teams, provide leadership and mentoring, and ensure project outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain Management, PS, and PPM.
  • Drive issue resolution through strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Present solutions and strategies effectively to both technical and business audiences.
  • Proactively plan, manage, and escalate delivery risks where necessary.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations with demonstrable leadership of delivery streams.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen with an active AGSVA Baseline security clearance
  • Strong expertise in SAP PM with working knowledge of PS and PPM modules
  • Proven experience in customization, configuration, and data flows within SAP EAM solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Solid experience in project planning, management, and execution

  • Must be an Australian Citizen with an active AGSVA Baseline security clearance
