Application Support Analyst (Intermediate – Integration)

📍 Location: Australia | 💼 12 months contracting role with potential extensions | 💻 EAI / Integration Focus

We’re seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure critical business applications run smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with cross‑functional teams to maintain system performance. The role involves supporting production, test, and pre‑production environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Integration / API‑based production support

- IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM WBI Message Broker

- Understanding of data integration, REST APIs, and configuration management

- (Preferred) AWS/Azure cloud experience, monitoring tools, automation scripting

- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and mentoring skills

Requirements:

- Must be an Australian Citizen; security clearance desirable
