About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team in St Peters, Sydney. This is a full-time, ongoing role offering stability and consistent work throughout the year — no more travelling for hail seasons. Working in our modern facility, you’ll use your PDR expertise to restore vehicles to a flawless finish and uphold our high-quality standards.


Key responsibilities

Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) on a wide range of vehicles using specialised tools and techniques.
Inspect vehicles to identify dents, dings, and panel defects, and determine the best repair approach.
Work closely with the reconditioning team and manager to meet repair expectations.
Assist with vehicle preparation and maintain an efficient workflow in the workshop.
Contribute to workshop upkeep, cleanliness, and overall team productivity.


Skills and experience

Proven experience as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Valid and clean NSW driver’s licence required.
