**About the role**:
We are looking for a talented PDR technician to join our operations team You would be in charge of our dent repair process, ensuring that every repair is done with the correct and accurate technique. As our PDR Technician, you will have the chance to work closely with the operations team and collaborate with the wider Carma team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Remove dents through the use of different techniques including glue pulling and leveraging which may require the removal of vehicle lights and interior panels.
- Provide guidance on panel defects and possible repair technics
- Complete work orders required for a vehicle and confirm that work has been carried out with the quality that we are looking for.
- Assist in prepping vehicles when required.
- Work in collaboration with the team to ensure that IRC runs as efficiently as possible and help create a great work environment.
- Maintain a clean work area and take pride in our workshop being maintained to the highest standards and one where you would be proud to show our customers around

**About you**:

- 5+ years of experience as a PDR Technician
- Ability to work in a busy environment where priorities change occasionally
- Have your own kit of PDR tools required for accurate repairs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Being an ambassador of the Carma brand
- Clean Australian driver's license
