Position Available
Westside Christian College is seeking to appoint a part‑time permanent Kindergarten Outside Hours Program Coordinator to commence Monday, 19 January 2026.
Responsibilities
- Care for Kindy children before and after regular Kindy hours.
- Plan collaboratively with our Kindy Team to ensure activities and experiences complement our Kindy program.
- Supervise children, ensure sign‑out and safety procedures are adhered to, and follow our Behaviour Development policy.
- Greet and interact with parents while managing the safe collection of children from the Service.
This position is located in our Kindergarten on our Stuart Street Campus. You will work a split shift from 7–9 am and 2–6 pm each weekday during the kindy term and be assisted by another early childhood staff member. You will also be supported by an experienced team of professionals in our Kindergarten who value collaboration to ensure you are given every opportunity to learn and grow, facilitating a caring and positive experience for children, families and peers.
During April, June, September and December holiday periods, the Kindergarten runs a Vacation Care program. This role will manage the planning of activities for those programs, as well as work sessions to deliver the program. During Vacation Care, you will work 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
