About the Position:
The Cook position at Masala Valley Indian Restaurant is a full-time role focused on preparing high-quality Indian and Pakistani dishes to meet the restaurant's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Pakistani dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori specialties, following traditional recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food preparation, inventory, and stock rotation.
Assist in developing new menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
