About the Firm

Our client is a large, international law firm, recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for Restructuring & Insolvency. Their team defends and advises lenders, trustees and debtors on formal restructurings, informal workouts and bankruptcies, all within a culture that values health, diversity and inclusion.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work in a collegial Restructuring & Insolvency practice that values work–life balance:

- Manage restructuring and insolvency matters end-to-end, from client briefing to enforcement.
- Prepare strategic legal memoranda, creditor communications and court filings.
- Coordinate with insolvency practitioners, financial advisors and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to firm wellbeing and diversity initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

- Admission in Victoria with 3–5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency or related litigation.
- Experience preparing formal plans, sale agreements or enforcement proceedings.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Empathy, resilience and a collaborative, family-friendly mindset.
