We are looking for an exceptional Supervisor to support our lifeguard team, setting them up for success in their day-to-day activities. Whilst providing on the job training, coaching and development to ensure outstanding team performance.

The Operations Supervisor will liaise with the Operations Team Leader, and other supervisors to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for our customers driven by consistent and effective policies and procedures. As the first escalation point for the aquatics team, you will be responsible for liaising with members and customers to provide outstanding service people talk about.

**About You**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who strives for excellence and industry best practise, with a real passion for the aquatics industry. You will be comfortable engaging with people, having difficult conversations to reach the right outcome and troubleshooting staff and customer concerns. You will need a passion for safety and the ability to take a lead role in emergency situations. To become part of our amazing team you will have:

- Aquatic Technical Operator of pool plant equipment in a Group 1 Aquatic Facility.
- Exceptional people leadership skills including developing high performing teams, providing mentoring and coaching to support a positive team culture.
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management
- Adaptable with the ability to strategically problem solve situations to maintain service levels.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Drive to deliver our service vision “outstanding service people talk about”.

**Qualifications**
- WA Pool Operations Competency Certificate
- Leisure Institute of WA Aquatics Accreditation
- Current Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Award
- Current Applied First Aid Certificate
- National Police Clearance (less than 30 days old)
- Current Working with Children Check

**Hours of Work**: 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, covering early, late and weekend shifts.

**Salary**: This level 4 position attracts a salary of $78,894 to $84,150 plus applicable penalties for weekend shifts (25% for Saturdays and 50% for Sundays) plus public holiday penalties.
