Job Title: Counselling Services Manager
We are seeking a skilled manager to lead our Family and Community Counselling Services team in North Queensland.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of counsellors and support staff
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs
- Maintain high-quality services through effective monitoring and evaluation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies to achieve organisational goals. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Education:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in management, preferably in a non-profit organisation
- Skills:
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving organisational goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
