Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of counsellors and support staff in delivering exceptional client services, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance service delivery, improve accessibility, and increase positive outcomes for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including referrers, funders, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures related to our services.
