We currently have a great career opportunity for a Project Consultant to be part of our QLD / APAC business based out of the Brisbane office. The team delivers projects across SLR's market sectors including Mining & Minerals, Built Environment, Infrastructure, Industry and Power, with a focus on resource projects.

Key Responsibilities
This role will play a key role in supporting the development and analysis of groundwater flow and solute transport models to inform sustainable water management solutions. Responsibilities include:
1. Gathering and processing hydrological, geological, and geochemical data;
2. Calibrating and validating numerical models using industry-standard software;
3. Visualizing model outputs;
4. Preparing technical reports and presentations;
5. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
6. Applying statistical or computational techniques to assess groundwater trends and uncertainties;
7. Playing a pivotal role in securing projects by ensuring excellent service delivery, identifying client needs and opportunities, and sharing insights with the broader team.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. At least a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field;
2. At least 12 months of relevant experience;
3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, coupled with the capacity for self-motivation and the willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for the successful completion of tasks and projects;
4. Proficient written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 exclusive of superannuation
